What’s the difference between hourly, project-based, and subscription plans?

Hourly & project-based plans are best for one-time or occasional assistance, while subscription plans provide ongoing, dedicated support at a discounted rate.

Hourly/Project-Based Plans:

✔ Pay per hour or project.

Subscription Plans:

✔ Best for consistent executive support each month.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. If you cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle and no hours have been used, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Do unused hours roll over?

No, unused hours do not roll over. If you need more flexibility, consider upgrading to a higher plan or purchasing additional support hours under our Enhance Your Plan options.

Is there an autopay requirement for subscription plans?

Yes, all subscription-based services require autopay enrollment for seamless billing and uninterrupted service.

Studio Greystone provides light project coordination to support your existing workflows. We do not offer full-scale project management but are happy to collaborate with your PM or refer trusted professionals if needed.

Light project coordination includes:
