We handle coordination from start to finish, from booking travel to private charter, to sourcing meeting locations to sourcing catering for breakfast/lunch/dinner to planning group dinners or private event dinners to sending clients thank you flowers to car service (hotel to airport, or to events, etc). You name it, we can assist.

How It Works:

✔ Purchase this Event Planning & Coordination package.

Please note: the $50 fee will be deducted from your invoice should you choose to move forward. If you do not choose to move forward, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.

✔ You will be emailed a link to schedule a consultation.

✔ During our meeting, we will discuss your event details and determine scope of work.

✔ Upon meeting, we will send over an email to summarize project details/scope of work. The email will also contain a link to your Service Agreement and invoice for the full- service fee.
